Frequently Asked Questions

Good questions deserve clear answers.

Here are the questions buyers commonly have before working with an independent car-buying advocate.

Does Auto Ally sell cars?

No. Auto Ally is an independent buyer-advocacy service. You purchase the vehicle directly from the dealership.

Where do you operate?

Nationwide. Auto Ally is designed to support buyers across the United States remotely.

What vehicles do you handle?

Auto Ally focuses on new vehicles and can assist with both purchase and lease options. We do not currently offer used-vehicle services.

Can you help with my trade-in?

Yes. Trade-in advocacy is included. We help you understand the market position of your vehicle and negotiate the trade as part of the purchase process.

Do I still choose the vehicle?

Absolutely. We can help source and narrow options, but you make the decision on the vehicle and whether to accept a deal.

Do you guarantee a certain amount of savings?

No. Vehicle pricing depends on inventory, market conditions, incentives, demand and the specific transaction. We can promise advocacy and a structured negotiation process, not a guaranteed dollar amount of savings.

How much does Auto Ally cost?

The one-time flat service fee is $799. Final service terms and payment timing will be provided before engagement.
